Original plan

I’m building my mileage base and hoping that Cascade Crest doesn’t get cancelled. As time goes by, I’m mentally preparing for it but I don’t want to be miserable for the last 70 miles of the race so I’m putting the work in.

Backup plan

If it does get cancelled, then I may run an unofficial “Over the Hill Hundred” on my 40th birthday. Either way, I’ve put myself on the deferred entry list for the following races.

One way or another, I’m running 100 miles this year.
